The 5-Star Arabella Sheraton
Hotel, Cape Town, is a luxury Hotel with a heated indoor swimming pool,
fitness area, five lounges or bars, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.
Non-smoking rooms are available on request. Hotel room rates / Booking information Delegates
are advised to use the official registration form to book their accommodation: The organizers will make room reservations and send confirmation to the delegates. Delegates are requested to present this confirmation upon their arrival at the hotel. Whilst every effort will be made to book accommodation at the hotel requested, the organizers may be obliged to make reservations elsewhere. Delegates are requested to contact the organizers should they require any changes to accommodation arrangements. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed for delegates who register after 31 August 2006. Delegates are responsible for all financial obligations arising from reservations made on their behalf, including charges for cancellation or non-arrival. Rates quoted exclude the Satour Grading Levy, which is currently charged at 1 % of the room rate. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. PLEASE NOTE: AS CAPE TOWN IS A HOLIDAY CITY, ACCOMMODATION IS HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER. THE HOTELS USED ARE IN GREAT DEMAND AND WILL THEREFORE NOT KEEP ACCOMMODATION AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF 31 AUGUST 2006. Whilst many delegates will wish to stay at the Sheraton Hotel, some may wish to book rooms at other establishments. Below is a list of recommended hotels. Please note that
only Grand Deluxe rooms are available at the Sheraton for 10 & 11 October
2006. Superior rooms are available from 12 October onwards.
